About the Role
The Aboriginal And Torres Strait Islander Legal Service is seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing data, and supporting the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and culturally competent service to clients and visitors
- Manage client data and maintain accurate records
- Assist with document production and correspondence
- Support the reception team with phone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks
- Contribute to the development of networks within and outside the organization
Requirements
- Certificate III in Business or Customer Service
- Experience in providing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo a criminal record check
