We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis.

As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to final resolution.

You will work closely with our sales teams to build relationships with clients, take them through the end-to-end sales process, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong understanding of agriculture seasons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships
  • Support clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to final sale
  • Create promotional materials to actively promote the Elders brand
  • Work collaboratively with the Elders team to identify new opportunities for growth and development
  • Assist with expense management to ensure the branch operates effectively
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be comfortable working in a collaborative and results-driven environment, be smart and resourceful, and have a passion for delivering real change for both clients and communities.
