Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing seamless branch experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and digital solutions education;
  • Collaborating with a team to deliver outstanding customer service, act as a role model, and peer coach to drive best practices;
  • Contribution to significant uplifts in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real value for customers;
  • Active participation in bank programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with ANZ's goals and values;
  • 'Knowing your customer' from a risk perspective, taking ownership of compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures;

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • An exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience;
  • Experience in utilizing technology, with a working knowledge of different digital channels an advantage;
  • The ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment;
  • A willingness to work towards shared goals, embracing a growth mindset and open communication;
  • Sound understanding of compliance principles and regulations;

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with your skills and experience.
