A Rewarding Career OpportunityWe seek an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our Training & Equipment Team in the Lower South Region, based in Albany, working on a part-time permanent basis, with a total of 18.75 hours per week. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end support of training and equipment services across the region.
This role is perfect for an individual who has demonstrated expertise in maintaining customer relationships and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to be a self-starter with excellent customer service skills to succeed in this position.
- Meet financial targets by coordinating private first aid training classes and onsite first aid kit servicing.
- Provide accurate and timely service quotations to clients.
- Offer advice and recommendations on suitable service selections that align with client requirements.
- Engage with existing clients to provide additional information on available offerings.
- Facilitate onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain communication with clients, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed of market trends to anticipate customer needs.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Background in corporate, health, training, or commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of systems, tools, and processes relevant to this position.
- Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques to address client concerns.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to navigate changing priorities.
- Dedication to ensuring client satisfaction.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Support Officer, Client Engagement Officer, or Customer Relations Officer.
- Certificate III in Business Administration is desirable.
