**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our risk culture initiatives, enhancing our risk management capabilities and fostering a proactive risk culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement a tailored risk management program to address capability gaps across the organization and its related entities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness and compliance among employees.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration on risk culture initiatives.
  • Champion a risk-aware culture by ensuring employees understand their roles and responsibilities in risk management.
  • Support the development of managers within the Risk Management team through guidance and training.

**Requirements:**

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management programs within the financial services industry, preferably in superannuation.
  • Proven track record in developing risk management strategies and training programs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
