We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dental Contact Centre Representative to join our team at 1300Smiles Dentists. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing wait times.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in our database, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
- Assist patients with insurance questions and payment options, providing clear and concise information.
- Provide general information about dental services and procedures, ensuring patients are well-informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure effective communication and patient care, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
