Home Care Coordinator

Burbank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Home Care Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a positive experience in their dealings with Burbank throughout the maintenance and warranty period of their new home.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to Burbank clients throughout the warranty period, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Claim Management: Manage client claims and escalations, working closely with our home care inspectors and trades to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and warranty services, scheduling appointments and ensuring that all necessary work is completed to a high standard.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance job notes, client interactions, and warranty claims.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to Burbank clients regarding warranties and repair works, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our home care inspectors, maintenance contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
- Administrative Skills: Well-developed administrative skills, including effective time management and a strong customer service focus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with all stakeholder groups.
- Teamwork: A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and prioritize competing priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with a high level of initiative and the ability to adapt to new situations.
- Technical Skills: Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems, with a basic understanding of the residential building process and familiarity with the Victoria Building Authority Guide to Standards and Tolerances.
