- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and care management software.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Passion for providing outstanding care to clients.
- Clinical Expertise: Proven experience in providing direct client care and ensuring safety.
- Ability: Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate organizational and client-focused documentation in the system.
- Government Funding: Good understanding of the government funding environment for aged care and NDIS (not compulsory but preferable).
- Hospital Discharge: Good understanding of the hospital discharge environment.
- Health Assessments: Good understanding of health assessments and developing care plans to meet clients' care needs.
- Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems.
