Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a Project Coordinator to design and deliver a 12-month calendar of events to increase home ownership for disadvantaged individuals. This role is focused on delivering a worthwhile and purposeful program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a 12-month calendar of events across the region to increase home ownership opportunities.
  • Develop innovative engagement strategies with stakeholders, leveraging technology where appropriate, and provide support to home buyers with signposting and education.
  • Administer the Home Buyer Saver grants program, ensuring probity and accuracy.
  • Provide data and analysis on the delivery of the Ownership Program, establishing and maintaining internal and external data sets.
  • Prepare project-related documents for stakeholders, including status updates, reports, budgets, and discussion papers.
  • Lead specific projects as directed by the Program Manager, Home Ownership, to support the broader program.

Desirable Skills:

  • Deliver high-quality results across a large geographical area with diverse communities, in an environment with conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging issues and suggest improvements to business processes and workflows in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Maintain an understanding of the housing market in the region, including horizon scanning for risks, issues, and opportunities related to the Ownership Program.
