Project Officer for Family Law Pathways Network

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer for the Family Law Pathways Network project to provide coordination services for the Coffs Harbour region. The successful candidate will work closely with a network of community organisations to strengthen the regional legal and community interface and support service providers to achieve the best possible outcomes for separating families and children.
Key Responsibilities- Organise and attend regular meetings, events, information days, and annual conferences.
- Provide administrative, coordination, and secretarial support services, including taking minutes of meetings, completing work plans, preparing reports, and obtaining updated budgets.
- Build referral pathways and share information across family law services to ensure better outcomes for families within the family law system.
- Coordinate the Central Coast region FLPN steering committee.
- Minimum Cert IV, Diploma, or degree in social work, community services, psychology, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a not-for-profit community organisation or other client service environment.
- Demonstrated experience in administration and secretarial skills, taking minutes, and written communication.
- Demonstrated experience in project and event management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the needs of families experiencing separation or divorce.
- Highly developed written and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to network, liaise, and negotiate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, unsupervised from required locations.
- Current driver's licence and right to work in Australia.
