About the Opportunity

This strategic position plays a vital part in PC+'s continued success. You'll drive transformative initiatives to strengthen and scale existing service offerings, build new capabilities, and maintain growth momentum in the longer term.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic growth of PC+, aligning with the broader ecosystem strategy of the Group.
  • Strengthen and optimise the core domestic transport offering, focusing on safety, compliance, capacity, reliability, sustainable partnerships, optimization, and resilience.
  • Build and mature the capabilities (people, process, and technology) to support a scaled warehouse and international services.
  • Develop and deliver a commodity specific network strategy.
  • Maintain close alignment between network capacity and capability to support seamless delivery of targeted growth opportunities.
About You

We're seeking an experienced Senior Leadership professional with 10+ years of experience at General Manager or Director level. You'll have a proven track record of influencing, strategic thinking, and execution. Your sharp commercial/business acumen will enable you to operate effectively within complex organisations.

  • Your Qualifications:
  • Possess operational knowledge and expertise in identifying optimised flow paths for enhanced productivity and flow.
  • Natural leader with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • Tertiary qualifications (MBA desirable).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, underpinned by a genuine desire to create value for others.
