The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and presentation as well as site management, ensuring efficient cost management, menu development and refinement, effective team leadership, and the provision of texture modified meals.
- Oversee dual responsibilities in food preparation/presentation and site management
- Maintain overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
- Ongoing Menu Development & Refinement

The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, experience managing labour, food & operational costs, previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management, strong communication skills, and pride in personal appearance & hygiene.
