We're seeking a skilled Loan Services Officer to support our lending operations. In this critical role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and compliant preparation of legal and security documentation.

As a member of our Loan Fulfilment team, you'll work closely with lenders, internal teams, and stakeholders across the business to deliver seamless experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing legal and security documentation to support loan approvals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal procedures and regulations.
  • Maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders and lending teams, providing guidance on documentation requirements and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Accurately managing data entry and loan information in banking systems, meeting productivity and quality targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice is desirable.
  • General understanding of loan securities.
  • Ability to prioritise, monitor, and organise workflows.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles, and other forms of property legislation, stamp duty legislation, and practices are highly desirable.
  • Experience in a loan processing centre, security documentation, or conveyance functions.

We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum 60% on-site attendance (3 days a week) in a local Head Office.

This is a Full-time, 12-Month Secondment role, preferably in Bendigo, but we are open to applicants in any of our Head Office locations.
