Job Description:

This role involves performing key tasks related to accounts administration, including managing accounts receivable and payable duties.

The job holder will be responsible for reviewing timesheet data for accuracy and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new accounts, verify invoices, generate client billing, create monthly summaries, and follow up on collections.
  • Process supplier invoices, reconcile purchase orders receipts, and handle other accounts payable duties.
  • Verify the accuracy of timesheet data.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable, proficiency in MS Office, finance system knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics 365 advantageous).
  • Fast data entry skills, attention to detail, well-developed communication skills, team player approach, time management skills.
  • Driver's license required.
