About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Professional to join our team at People2People. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of business, collaborating with operations to provide rates and quotes, and attending client-sites to understand client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities
  • Collaborate with operations to provide rates and quotes to clients
  • Attend client-sites to understand client needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM and administrative tasks
  • Meet minimum expectation of sales calls per week
About You
  • Experience in freight forwarding industry is highly regarded, whether in sales, customer service or operations
  • Understanding of freight forwarding and logistics based solutions
  • Career progressive and eager to learn the sales process: prospecting, cold calling, running meetings and closing deals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
