Job Opportunity

This role is focused on providing operational direction for our housing services. The successful candidate will lead service delivery, manage customer relationships and identify/resolve operational risks.

The Service Delivery Manager will work closely with peers and colleagues to ensure customer needs are met while identifying opportunities to enhance services and capabilities.

This role involves matrix management of project managers and consultants supported by line managers and the wider management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery relationships with CX customers supported by Project Managers and Consultant Manager.
  • Operational processes and reporting for CX.
  • High-quality insights and recommendations on trends and opportunities to enhance the product.
  • Customer escalations related to service and delivery with support from Market Leader and Chief Customer Officer.
  • Contribution to Business Development as needed for customer proposals.
  • Smooth and efficient project transitions.
  • Team development and build market awareness of the housing sector.

  • Strong leadership skills motivating and inspiring team members.
  • Excellent communication skills internal and external.
  • Proven commercial judgment and business acumen.
  • Effective planning skills strategic and adaptable to change.
  • Demonstrated experience in service delivery management.
  • Experience leading delivery teams in environments with frequent deployments.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in complex fast-paced settings.
  • Skilled in presenting and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the Housing and GovTech markets.
