Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our dynamic team as Support Workers. This role offers the chance to make a positive difference in your local community by providing high-quality in-home support services to valued customers.

This position involves:

  • Providing personal care, such as showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Offering social support and transportation for social activities, shopping, groceries, and medical appointments
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, like light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Monitoring customer well-being and reporting on their progress

To be successful in this role, you will require good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and working relationships with customers and colleagues. You will also need to be comfortable using technology for accessing rosters and recording customer notes/feedback.

In addition to these skills, we require that you possess relevant qualifications and certifications, including a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Proof of Vaccination (where relevant), Current First Aid Certificate/CPR, Current Australian Drivers License, Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle, Smartphone with internet access, and a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferred).
