As a Care and Support Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to adults with complex disabilities. Our dynamic and supportive team values diversity, meritocracy, fairness, and transparency.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our team to enable people to enjoy their time at our day centre, which offers a range of activities and amenities, including sensory spaces, kitchen facilities, and access to idyllic grounds and amazing facilities such as a hydrotherapy pool and accessible gym.

In addition to working in the day centre, you will also support our customers in the wider community through our Community Outreach services. This may involve supporting people to live independently in their own homes, participate in community life, and engage in social activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to adults with complex disabilities
  • Enable people to achieve daily goals and engage in activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies
  • Develop and maintain person-centered plans, including risk assessments
  • Support individuals with medication and personal care needs
  • Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) aids or Makaton is desirable
  • A valid driving license is required, as some roles may involve driving adapted manual vehicles
