We are seeking a highly experienced Ethics and Integrity Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This role will involve leading and managing the review and improvement of our ethical related frameworks and controls. This includes advising on fraud control, conducting assessments and investigations in accordance with legislative requirements and natural justice principles.

You will be the central point of contact to senior managers and staff to ensure compliance within the ethical conduct framework. This includes conflicts of interest, code of ethics & conduct, and gifts, benefits & hospitality issues.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in ethics and integrity management, including conducting investigations and developing compliance programs.
  • A deep understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to ethics, integrity, and corporate governance.
Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated experience in corporate governance, risk management or another field relevant to the role.
