Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Transport Supervisor and coordinate the maintenance of Defence fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage company fleet vehicles, designated Defence fleet vehicles, and hired vehicles.
  • Coordinate multiple requirements within the Transport Fleet, ensuring efficient scheduling and planning.
  • Provide a transport booking service for self-drive vehicles or driver and vehicle.
  • Ensure vehicles are issued in a clean, fully functional state with fuel appropriate to meet the task, along with necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle record keeping and documentation in relevant information management systems.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain, as well as high-volume administration skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite, Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential.
