Job Title: Financial Services Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing financial reports, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and provide internal financial reports
  • Assist with duties across financial reporting, trust accounting, and general administration
  • Support the Accounts Supervisor as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Process financial transactions, including journals and adjustments
  • Set up clients and maintain accurate records
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, including archiving and sorting/distribution of mail
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and administrative skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal clients at all levels
  • Problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills
