Financial Services Representative

The role is part of a family-owned business with nearly 30 years of experience in providing elevated work platforms and lifting apparatus.
The company services the building and construction industry, where clients require machines to elevate them to considerable heights. They offer hire options for equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, mini cranes, vacuum excavators, and more.
To accommodate the volume, a Finance Officer has been added to the finance team to ensure efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Accounting Payables tasks including processing payments for goods and services received.
- Responsibilities include preparing invoices for customer payments and performing reconciliations on accounts payable.
- Handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and managing their respective accounts.
- Using MYOB software daily to manage and record financial data.
- Managing Accounts Receivable duties, bank statement reconciliations, and allocating payments to correct client jobs.
- Collections, payment plans, database recording of negotiations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing administrative support to the finance team during busy periods.
- Knowledge of MYOB.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solid communication and written skills.
