We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customers' inquiries related to car loans and insurance. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, address their concerns, and tailor solutions to meet their financial needs.

  • You will serve as the first point of contact for all customer queries regarding loans, insurance, warranties, and roadside assistance.
  • You will work closely with customers to coordinate payment arrangements and ensure that their needs are met.
  • You will adhere to all Key Performance Indicators and compliance requirements to maintain high levels of service quality.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of providing excellent customer service and support. You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment or call centre.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Rapport-building skills and empathy.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent interpersonal skills, are able to work under pressure, and can adapt to changing situations quickly.
