Key Responsibilities:- Review client and partner applications to ensure department SLAs are met.
- Maintain adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) and related regulatory requirements during the underwriting process.
- Accurately interpret and apply card brand network rules to provide processing accounts to eligible merchant businesses.
- Communicate decisions and data needs with sales teams and business partners.
- Participate in the ongoing periodic review of larger exposure merchant accounts to ensure risk to Till payments is properly mitigated.
- Monitor fraud alerts and investigate high-risk transactions to determine fraud.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance.
- 1-2 years' experience in a Commercial Credit Analyst role or similar in the Financial Services Industry.
- Merchant acquiring experience and Scheme experience are highly beneficial.
