Airport Customer Service Representative

We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic individuals to become part of the Rex Adelaide Airport Team in the capacity of a part-time Customer Service Officer.
Reporting Structure:
This role will report directly to the Adelaide Airport Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate domestic and regional check-in, as well as departure and arrival services for Rex at Adelaide Airport.
- Handle reservations and ticket sales, including the collection of payments.
- Perform pre-flight and post-flight tasks.
- Edit flight schedules as necessary.
- Conduct sales reporting and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with the receipt and dispatch of aircraft, including operating the aerobridge when required.
- Manage Rex Lounge duties, which include processing guests, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide assistance to customers with special needs.
- Support customers with inquiries regarding damaged and lost baggage.
- Adhere to the company's safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Airport Manager.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience with airport operations and the Sabre system is preferred.
- Must be able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and an aerobridge license.
- Willingness to work shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Capability to work independently.
