Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer-focused care is provided, tailored to individual needs, and providing moments of joy for all customers.
  • Maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards will also be a key responsibility.
  • Fostering positive relationships with residents and their representatives, seeking and acting on feedback, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will lead, manage, and develop a motivated, kind, and compassionate team.
  • Collaboration with corporate services to formulate, allocate, and monitor budgets will be required.
  • Ensuring roster costs, income, and expenses are managed within budget will be a critical aspect of this role.
  • Identifying necessary changes and managing transitions within areas of responsibility will also be expected.

Key Qualifications:

  • A qualification in business, leadership, or clinical fields, including current AHPRA registration (if applicable), is required.
  • Working knowledge of the Quality Aged Care Standards is also essential.
  • Leadership and people management skills with the ability to facilitate change are crucial.
  • Experience in business and financial plan development, implementation, and evaluation is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in information management systems for reporting and decision-making is also required.
