Key Responsibilities

The Medical Administration Assistant will support Medical Coordinators by:

  • Assisting in scheduling appointments

  • Handling invoicing tasks
  • Performing general administrative duties, including managing the inbox

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical environment
  • A valid Working With Children Check
