Business Partner Opportunity

Cultivate knowledgeable, confident, and productive management and employee teams by providing operational support, services, advice, and consultation to ensure business needs are met.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to the Business Unit strategic plan, supporting the implementation of key people initiatives, organisational development projects, talent acquisition, continuous improvement, and ensuring business unit compliance to all legislative requirements.

As a Business Partner, you will also provide HR advice, counsel, and support, as well as facilitate training initiatives. Our organisation fosters a great culture through Intentional Leadership, managing consciously by Tone and Pace.
