About This Role

As a pivotal member of the HR team, you will lead business partnering efforts to align workforce planning with operational goals and objectives. This role plays a key part in shaping a culture that prioritizes safety, well-being, inclusion, and performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to translate global strategies into asset-level plans that support operational goals.
  • Workforce Transition: Support the development and execution of the Workforce Transition Strategy, ensuring retention and productivity during planned closure periods.
  • Talent Management: Maintain robust talent pipelines for senior roles.
  • Culture Development: Drive initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
About You
  • Formal qualifications in HR/Employment Law/Psychology related fields with diverse industry experience.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering at senior levels.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong background in workforce transition, change management, and employee relations.
  • Able to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
  • Familiarity with matrix reporting structures.
