Program Change and Communications Manager

This role involves driving organisation-wide change as we implement our new Enterprise Resource Platform. The successful candidate will shape and deliver change, training, and communications strategies that empower staff, engage stakeholders, and ensure seamless adoption across the organisation.

We're seeking a leader who can design and implement strategies that maximise adoption, minimise resistance, and ensure seamless integration of the OneCouncil ERP. You'll need to deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communications to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the change journey.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans to drive ERP adoption and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that equip staff with the skills and confidence to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to guide change impacts, support benefits realisation, and align initiatives with organisational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment by providing coaching, guidance, and opportunities for growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs, with formal change management certification.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage staff at all levels.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering training programs that support system and process change.
  • Ability to align change initiatives with organisational priorities, assess risks, and contribute to benefits realisation.
  • Experience managing and coaching teams, fostering collaboration, engagement, and high performance.
