Job Opportunity

As a Program Manager at a leading retail organisation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative solutions for programme management, leveraging expertise in methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, Agile, and Scrum Master.
  • Lead complex programmes across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery with clear outcomes, balanced against business objectives and executional capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage full programme lifecycle, from inception to benefits realisation, focusing on risk management and strategic delivery.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals.
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet) and methodologies for managing large programmes.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools for data analysis and reporting.
