Enterprise Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Executive/Program Director to lead complex transformation programs with government clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise programs and will be responsible for bringing all elements together to ensure the overall success of these programs.

This role involves leading programs to deliver major IT change for enterprise clients as the Program Director or Senior Program Manager. You will engage with Client Executives to ensure appropriate governance of the programs and help them navigate the change. Additionally, you will manage a group of project managers who in turn manage 50 to 300 project members across multiple streams of work.

  • Lead transformation programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Engage with client executives to ensure program governance.
  • Manage project managers and their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on program obligations and proactively address deviations.
  • Be responsible for the program financials and scheduling.

The successful candidate will also work with regional leadership to build a high-performing program delivery capability by championing best practice methods and evolving the services.

Requirements:
  • A track record of successful delivery with various government agencies.
  • An active clearance of NV1 as a minimum.
  • Australian citizenship.
  • Strong program management disciplines and commercial contracts knowledge.
  • Ability to enforce contract scope and hold project managers accountable.

You will be able to have difficult conversations and achieve positive outcomes for all parties.
