
Administrative Assistant Position

The role of an office receptionist encompasses various tasks to create a welcoming and efficient work environment.
These duties include:
- Welcoming clients and visitors, answering calls professionally and managing meeting room bookings
- Handling couriers, mail and packages as well as ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Providing basic IT support and coordinating maintenance and reporting building issues
- Supporting onboarding/offboarding and access card management, organizing events and internal communications
- Assisting with document preparation and printing, booking travel and reconciling expenses
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring a clean and organized workspace
Key qualifications for this position are:
- At least two years' experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- Attention to detail and initiative in resolving issues
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
