We are seeking a highly skilled Estate Planner to provide expert advice and support to our customers in creating their estate plans.
About This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join our team of dedicated professionals who protect, promote and support the rights, dignity, choices and wishes of our customers. We provide critical services such as writing Wills, acting as executors, attorneys, trustees and guardians.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service delivery to our customers;
- Maintain strong relationships with our customers and ensure their instructions are carried out with warmth and respect;
- Work closely with our team to deliver commercial services in Will making, trust management, power of attorney and enduring guardianship documents.
Requirements
- A keen interest in social outcomes, justice and advocating for people;
- High levels of empathy and emotional intelligence;
- Strong collaboration skills to build effective working relationships;
- A background in legal services or paralegal services, or experience working in a legal environment.
