Wills and Estate Planning Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our Wills and Estates Planning team.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional, timely Wills and Estate Planning services to the community.
  • Draft high-quality planning documents and contribute to team performance within the Wills and Estate Planning Network.
  • Increase market share and provide administrative support for a seamless service that is customer-focused.

  • You believe supporting customers to document their last wishes is a privilege requiring empathy, understanding, and respect.
  • You see building strong relationships as essential in providing peace of mind to customers about their estate disbursement instructions.
  • You have a keen interest in social outcomes, justice, and advocating for people, demonstrating emotional intelligence.
  • You possess strong collaboration skills and can build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • You apply a problem-solving approach to your work.
  • You have a background in legal services or experience working in a legal environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering services aligning with our Customer Excellence Principles, drafting and executing legally compliant Wills and Estate Planning instruments, and coordinating logistics for community engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake pre and post-appointment activities for timely and quality service delivery.
  • Assist with local community events to boost brand awareness.
  • Maintain a contemporary approach to service delivery through face-to-face and video conferencing.
  • Manage high work outputs and competing demands to generate favourable customer outcomes while balancing consistency in service delivery across a large geographic area.
