Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Agent to join our Club Millesime team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and upholding the Sofitel brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and warm welcomes for our most loyal and VIP guests
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel using our current operating system
  • Book rooms for Club guests and assist with any reservation needs
  • Provide premium service throughout all periods of the day, including breakfast, lunch, high tea, functions, and pre-dinner drinks & canapés
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service
  • Take responsibility for the lounge when on shift

Requirements:

  • Front Office or Food and Beverage experience in a luxury hotel is desired
  • A luxury service focus and desire to grow your career with Sofitel
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Experience with Opera PMS highly desired
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
