Are you a seasoned leader with experience in both strategic planning and hands-on tasks? We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager to join our team and lead the PPC channel planning, execution, and optimisation. With expertise in Google Ads, combined with your leadership experience and collaborative nature, you will manage day-to-day tasks, master data challenges, and ensure effective prioritization, clear communication, and an aligned team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute PPC campaign strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead daily planning and delivery of PPC campaigns, reviewing performance, identifying gaps, and areas for improvement
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery standards and align company objectives
  • Build capability across paid search activities, lead analysis, reporting, and administration of paid search campaigns
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and instruction to team members, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent, with Google Certifications preferred
- At least 6 years of proven success in SEM and/or PPC experience (agency or client-side)
- Demonstrated success in enhancing PPC performance via mentoring, coaching, and extensive knowledge of SEM trends and the industry landscape
- Hands-on experience with key PPC platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Search, Search Ads 360, Search Console, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager), comprehensive understanding of PPC & SEM strategies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Ability to simplify paid search complexities for non-specialists and familiarity with marketing processes and procedures
