Our client is looking for a
**Paid Search and Affiliates Manager** to to become an integral part of their in-house team and steer the wheel of their PPC channel planning, execution and optimisation. With your skills on Google, Bing, Search Ads 360 coupled with your people leadership experience and collaborative nature, you will manage spontaneous tasks and master data challenges whilst ensuring effective prioritization, clear communication and an aligned team.

**Other responsibilities**:

- You will lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of the company's PPC campaigns and channels plus review and manage performance accordingly whilst identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- You will ensure that exceptional service delivery standards are met and company objectives are aligned.
- As the Paid Search Manager, you will build capability across the company's paid search activities as well as lead the analysis, reporting and administration of paid search campaigns
- As a leader, you will provide guidance, instruction and coaching to your team members but also ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders

**More about YOU**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. Google Certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in SEM and/or PPC experience (either agency or client-side)
- Demonstrated success in enhancing PPC performance via mentoring and coaching and extensive knowledge of SEM trends and the industry landscape
- Extensive hands-on experience with key PPC platforms (Google AdWords 4, Microsoft Search, Search Ads 360, Search Console, Google Analytics, and Campaign Manager), comprehensive understanding of PPC & SEM strategies and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- You can effectively simplify paid search complexities for non-specialists and you are familiar with marketing processes and procedures
