This includes overseeing marketing channels, ensuring the right balance between mature, emerging, and experimental platforms. A successful candidate will be expected to provide strategic oversight for established channels (Google Ads, SEO, CRM, paid social) to maximise performance, while also exploring new avenues for customer acquisition through emerging channels like Bing PPC and Spotify advertising.
The ideal candidate will have a data-driven approach, using advanced analytics tools (GA4, LookerStudio, DataStudio) to track performance, optimise marketing spend, and maximise ROI. Additionally, they will implement rigorous monitoring and reporting systems to ensure alignment with revenue, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate targets.
Prioritisation and resource allocation are critical skills required for this role, as well as effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to create an integrated approach to growth. The successful candidate will lead and expand a team of channel specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
