We are seeking a versatile leader with demonstrated experience on both strategy and hands-on tasks to become an integral part of our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the wheel of our PPC channels planning, execution, and optimisation, leveraging their skills on Google, Bing, Search Ads 360, coupled with their people leadership experience and collaborative nature.

  • Lead day-to-day planning and delivery of paid media campaigns and channels, reviewing and managing performance to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery standards are met and company objectives are aligned.
  • Build capability across our paid search activities, leading analysis, reporting, and administration of paid search campaigns.
  • Provide guidance, instruction, and coaching to team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent, Google Certifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in SEM and/or PPC experience (either agency or client-side).
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing PPC performance via mentoring and coaching, extensive knowledge of SEM trends and industry landscape.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with key PPC platforms, comprehensive understanding of PPC & SEM strategies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
