Job Title: Business Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and improve performance in South Australia, with expansion plans into New South Wales and Victoria.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on strategic business objectives through effective management and leadership.
  • Support your team to achieve business goals and training outcomes.
  • Manage operational, financial, and resource outcomes efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government funding bodies and industry partners.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and implement strategies to achieve success.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing a successful business or RTO.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including relevant standards and requirements.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal training programs and incentives.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to create a collaborative and results-driven culture.
