Customer Service Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our domestic and B2B customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the Customer Service Team to achieve world-class customer service standards.
  • Be a subject matter expert in products, processes, systems, and customers.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently across multiple channels.
  • Respond timely to customer enquiries, aiming for first contact resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive the development of improved customer order processes, service delivery, and behaviors.
  • Maintain high service level standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is ideal but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (V-Lookups and Pivot Tables an advantage).
  • Experience working with ERP/system applications.
  • Brand experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Approachable, empathetic, amenable, and collaborative.
  • Passion for service excellence.
