Job Title: Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in a critical role that involves delivering exceptional customer service, transporting equipment safely, and ensuring our customers' projects run smoothly.

About the Role:

  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to use equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform pickups and deliveries of equipment from customer sites, including loading and unloading with safety in mind.
  • Provide top-notch customer service in all interactions.
  • Maintain the high standard of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
  • Perform cleaning of facilities and maintenance of equipment as required.
  • Conduct equipment inspections before and after use.

About You:

  • You have a background in customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driving, landscaping, trades, or maintenance.
  • You hold a valid driver's license.
  • You are available to work Saturdays on a rotating roster.
  • You possess a good level of physical fitness and can pass a drug test.
  • You have strong communication skills and are proactive, keen to learn new skills.
  • You have an interest in machinery and equipment, although training will be provided.
