Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead our compliance and food safety systems across all locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every kebab we serve meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in QA experience in QSR, FMCG, or food service industries, with strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills. You will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct internal audits and store inspections to maintain high standards
  • Maintain and strengthen our HACCP food safety and hygiene systems
  • Lead investigations and reporting on any quality control issues
  • Train store teams on compliance, hygiene, and food handling best practices
  • Stay across food safety regulations and roll out updates across the business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven QA experience in QSR, FMCG, or food service industries
  • Strong communicator, trainer, and problem solver
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

Location

This role is based in North Parramatta NSW 2151, and you will be required to commute or relocate before starting work.
