**Food Safety & Quality Coordinator**

We are looking for a Food Safety & Quality Coordinator to join our Costa Avocado & Banana team. Flexible location will be considered. This role will report to the National Food Safety & Quality Manager.

**About the Role**

The main focus of this role is to maintain the integrity of the category from a food safety, compliance and quality perspective ensuring customer quality and compliance requirements are met with help from the National FS&Q Manager.

The position requires the alignment of product quality coming from our own farms and grower partners with quality specifications from retail customers.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Quality Assurance
- Quality Control
- Supply Chain Control
- Ethical sourcing

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role as well as:
- Degree in Agribusiness or related discipline.
- Principles and Application of HACCP
- Internal Auditor Training.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and organised.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer packages.
- Strong attention to detail and planning skills.
- Leads by example and display an active commitment to getting the job done.
- Ability to prioritise, manage and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Communication skills both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of compliance standards.
