We have a Field Tech role based in Brisbane CBD, to be successful the candidate would be required to pass a national Police check and scope of rostered out of hours support (on call).

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support professional to join our team. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our users, including initial setup and support of laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals.

  • Provide exceptional desktop support to all types of users.
  • Initial set up and support of laptops, desktops, mobiles, and peripherals.
  • Support users face-to-face, via telephone, and/or remote support tools.
  • Complete routine maintenance of standard hardware such as laptops/mobile devices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in basic hardware and operating system familiarity.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
