Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Configuration Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and designing efficient system solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to uncover the best configuration solutions and ensure that they meet business needs. Your skills will directly contribute to delivering exceptional results for our members and clients in the superannuation and insurance space.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  • Analysing business requirements and designing efficient system solutions
  • Working with stakeholders to identify and implement configuration changes
  • Ensuring that configuration solution design meets business requirements
  • Supporting technical teams throughout the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience as a BA or administrator in superannuation and/or insurance
  • Hands-on experience with registry systems and related applications
  • Working knowledge of SQL/Java/Oracle and the ability to navigate SDLC processes with confidence
  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a knack for identifying process improvements
