We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Category Support Specialist to help manage and grow our vibrant skincare range.
You will support the day-to-day running of the category, keep operations on track, and use your analytical skills to uncover trends that shape planning, buying, and pricing decisions.
- Analyse customer data to uncover insights that drive category strategy and enhance the customer experience.
- Support the delivery of category initiatives from insights to procurement, inventory, store and online operations, through to stock resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and meet category targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operations while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.
- Prepare insightful reports and maintain accurate records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive category growth.

- A foundational understanding of Category Management and inventory management processes.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate them clearly.
