The Opportunity- Develop and execute the Australian business strategy in line with the organization's global vision.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement across academia, industry, and government.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance standards are met.
- Shape commercial strategy, oversee pipeline development, and lead outreach to key stakeholders.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with the organization's values.
- Degree qualification in life sciences, business or similar relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership or business operations within a life science industry.
- Proven track record of success in team leadership, stakeholder management, and business development within the life sciences ecosystem.
