The General Manager QLD will play a pivotal role in the development and strategic direction of an organisation, leading the transition, optimisation, and growth of services within Queensland.
This exciting opportunity requires a strong support structure, data analytics skills, and experience in managing a diverse community services portfolio. The appointee must be able to utilise data to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of care services, translating customer value into care delivery.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to co-develop a service delivery model, a national workforce plan to ensure a standardised approach Australia wide. They must demonstrate leadership skills, with the capacity to develop contemporary workforces and plans.
The Strategic Growth Leader will work closely with other state leaders to achieve this goal, leveraging research, problem-solving, data science, and continued learning to drive business growth and improvement.
